Thank you for your interest in La Bahia Rental Properties.
La Bahia Rentals are Skyhomes located above the surf on the Holmfrid Sim. La Bahia is a residential sim, with a small ocean/beach commercial area and is for those that prefer an ocean/beach community environment. We have surfable waves and a diving reef (currently under construction). Our sim borders two Linden ocean properties that will not be developed. These sims provide places to sail, motor or jetski. The surf zone is for surfing only.
There are two sizes of properties. The larger skyhome has an extra small room located on the second floor that would be perfect for an office or bathroom, or…? It also has a bay window on the first floor. The properties have lockable doors and privacy windows.
